3 Day Wellness Retreat

29 July - 1 August 2021

Vikki and Tanya who run MeTreat Retreats are both busy working mothers who know how important it is to invest in regular self-care to maintain both physical and mental wellbeing. They know how hard the juggle can be through personal experience. They too spent much of 2020 in lockdown with their 5 sons juggling distance learning, investing in their health and wellbeing, managing their businesses and maintaining their households!

During the second Melbourne lockdown, they ran The VITAlity Festival -  a free online 9 day health and wellness festival for frontline workers and anyone else adversely affected by the COVID pandemic. You can find out more about us here.
