At the August METreat Retreat, our special guest Lisa Sellyn of Tranquil Heart Therapy will  introduce you to Kinesiology - a holistic natural therapy for overall energy, wellness and balance for the body, mind and soul.  

 

Lisa is a mother to 3 gorgeous boys and was a Primary School Teacher for 15 years, prior  to finding  her passion for Kinesiology.

Lisa will also be offerring discounted Kinesiology sessions during the retreat to those who are interested.
