Enjoy a tranquil 3-night stay at the historic Continental House in Hepburn, a 1920s gem nestled in Victoria's Spa Country. The "Conti" combines vintage elegance with modern comforts, set in a serene natural retreat. Relax in plush beds, pamper yourself with deluxe aromatherapy toiletries, and rejuvenate in the sun-soaked yoga room, authentic Turkish Hammam, or one of the three spa rooms dedicated to soothing massages.

Relax into your retreat weekend with our informative and delicious Wine Tasting Session whilst enjoying some delicacies from our beautifully prepared grazing platter.

​All attendees will be provided with freshly prepared healthy and gourmet catering made with love by our personal retreat caterer. ​Organic herbal teas and coffee, and a range of organic wines will be available too! Menu adjustments can be made for participants with specific dietary requirements. We even pop out to grab you a freshly made hot drink from a local cafe each morning!

Set your intentions for your time at the retreat at our heartfelt and intimate Opening Circle. On our final day we’ll join together one last time at our Closing Circle to show gratitude for the transformative journey we have shared together.

Every day will start with a beautiful Yoga Session led by Tanya catering for varying levels of yoga experience, followed by a group meditation session. 

Every morning after a tasty breakfast, we’ll be heading off on a gentle scenic walk boasting wildlife, blooming flowers, and melodious birds all around you. 

Get ready for an authentic Turkish steam bathing experience. Relaxing in Conti's on-site heated marble steam room, surrounded by aromatherapy infused steam bliss, your “Tallak” Steam Therapist will guide you through the ancient ritual of gentle body exfoliation with soft mud soap bubbles delicately washing over your skin. A soothing steam massage and clay face mask ensure your total relaxation.

1 hour onsite Therapeutic Relaxation Massage/Facial provided by Conti's highly experienced massage therapists. Prepare to fully relax and rejuvenate in Conti's warm and inviting Turkish inspired massage rooms. 

Join special guest presenter Maria Davis from Maria Heals to discover how you can find inner peace, balance and knowing by activating the missing elemental link in your personal astrological chart.

Be educated and encouraged to live your best life by joining our uplifting personal development workshops. Tanya will be running a magical Drum Journey Experience and Vikki will be offering a joyful Laughter Wellness Workshop.

We offer you lots of opportunities to laugh and giggle with the other ladies on the retreat. We'll be running some amusing group activities to help you tap into your 'inner child' and enjoy playing again! All activities on the retreat are optional. All guests will be presented with our amazing retreat Gift Bag which is jammed packed full of goodies!

Join special guest presenter Mignon Mukti as she helps us find joy through voice and song and treats us to a relaxing and inspiring Waves of Peace sound journey to balance the water element both within and without.
