Book the July Weekend Retreat

July Retreat at Amarant: 20-22 July

The July METreat Retreat's special guest is Catharine Ross, who is joining us on the Saturday to run a special session on 'Self Doubt and Mother Guilt' (yes we all know about those!!)

As well as being a mum to a gorgeous girl (with a baby on the way), Catharine is an EFT Tapping and Anxiety Specialist and founder of Break Free with EFT.

We can't wait to find out more from Catharine on Saturday 21 July.
