2 Night / 3 Day Wellness Retreat  - Hepburn Springs, Victoria

RETREAT FACILITATORS

Vikki and Tanya who run MeTreat Retreats are both busy working mothers who know how important it is to invest in regular self-care to maintain both physical and mental wellbeing. They know how hard the juggle can be through personal experience. They too spent much of 2020 and 2021 in lockdown with their 5 sons juggling distance learning, investing in their health and wellbeing, managing their businesses and maintaining their households!

During the second Melbourne lockdown in 2020, they ran The VITAlity Festival -  a free online 9 day health and wellness festival for frontline workers and anyone else adversely affected by the COVID pandemic. You can find out more about us here.

STRESS MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP - TANYA LEVY

In this educational and enlightening session, Tanya will discuss what stress is and how it affects both the body and mind. She will teach us an incredibly useful technique which can be used to transform stress or the perception of stress to a place of calm and non-attachment. This technique is extremely beneficial to learn to help us in any stressful situation or a potentially stressful situation. The results are instantaneous and extremely effective.

GOAL SETTING WORKSHOP - TANYA LEVY

In this practical and forward looking Goal Setting Workshop, Tanya will ask us to consider the areas in our lives that we may be wanting to set goals for and will discuss the most important attributes for fulfilling our goals. 

 

Tanya will discuss how important our habits are and show us how these are sacred choices that we make to bring our dreams into reality. 

 

The workshop will be action focused, with guests asked to identify a particular growth area in their life that they would like to work on. They will be asked to consider their beliefs, vision and purpose for achieving that goal and will be asked to develop a very specific action plan for implementing and achieving this particular goal when they leave the retreat.

CATERING

  • All attendees will be provided with freshly prepared healthy and gourmet catering made with love by our personal retreat caterer - James from Soul Craft Food.

  • We will be providing all meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

  • Organic herbal teas and coffee will be made available for the duration of the retreat.

  • Menu adjustments can be made for participants with specific dietary requirements. 

  • A range of wines will be served with dinner.

We are offering our EARLY BIRD pricing until Sunday 30 April 2023

You can choose from the following accommodation (based on availability):

  • King Bed with Claw Bath (1 room available)  $2350 pp

  • Queen Bed with Bath (3 rooms available) $2150 pp

  • Queen Bed with Shower (4 rooms available) $2050 pp

  • Single Bed with Shower: Solo Occupancy (4 rooms available) $1850 pp*

*Please get in touch if you would like to share book this room as a twin room with a friend.

Our prices will increase as below from Monday 1 May 2023

  • King Bed with Claw Bath  $2450 pp

  • Queen Bed with Bath $2250 pp

  • Queen Bed with Shower $2150 pp

  • Single Bed with Shower $1950 pp

A $500 non-refundable retreat deposit payment is required to secure your spot at the retreat.

SAFETY

We understand that safety and hygiene continues to be important. Our priority is to make you feel relaxed, safe and secure whilst you are on your retreat:

  • Continental House, Hepburn has a COVID Safety Plan and has certification stating that they are permitted to run a COVID safe hospitality venue. The plan is constantly updated to align with the latest guidelines.

 

  • The retreat venue will be thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay. Conti's staff clean to align with their COVID safety plan.

 

  • All guests must adhere to the current COVID-regulations and any mask rules and dining guidelines will be compliant with the restrictions of the day.

 

  • Conti's communal areas are sanitised and cleaned daily, with high touch areas and surfaces being sanitised throughout the day. Hand sanitisers are provided in all communal areas plus bacterial handwash in all the bedrooms. 

 

  • All beds have luxury linen and fresh, clean towels are provided for your convenience. 

 

  • The venue is spacious with lots of breakout areas. We will be able to space ourselves out for all activities.

 

  • Guests will be asked to fill out a Hammam Consent Form prior to entering the Hammam which has a maximum capacity of 8 guests.

 

  • We request that guests do not attend the retreat if they test positive to COVID, have a fever, are sick with cold/flu symptoms, or have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the 7 days prior to the retreat.

 

  • If guests become unwell on the retreat, we will ask them to immediately return to their room and quarantine from the rest of the group. We will provide them with a RAT test which will determine the next course of action. Guests may be asked to leave the retreat even if they test negative to COVID. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.  

  • We recommend that guests investigate purchasing domestic travel insurance when booking into the retreat to cover them for cancellation due to ill health. We are currently investigating insurance policies and will advise accordingly.

Having a chat is also a great way for us to find out a little bit more about you and how we can best serve your needs on the retreat.

If you are wishing to go ahead and book into the retreat, we will ask you what type of room you would like to book into and let you know whether it is still available. 

We will ask you to make payment of a non-refundable $500 Retreat Deposit to secure your spot and room at the retreat.
