We will email you a retreat balance payment invoice which will be due by Friday 11 October. TERMS & CONDITIONS Full payment of the retreat deposit and retreat balance payment must be made by the due date(s) to secure your spot at the retreat. Organiser Cancellation If the retreat does not go ahead due to insufficient numbers, all monies will be refunded to non-cancelling participants (including the retreat deposit). If the retreat cannot go ahead due to COVID-19 restrictions, extreme weather conditions, retreat venue financial insolvency or retreat venue internal operation issues, all monies (including the retreat deposit) will be refunded to participants. Participant Cancellation The $200 deposit is non-refundable. Participants who cancel their booking prior to 6 October 2024 will be eligible to receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit. Participants who cancel their booking after 6 October 2024 are not eligible for any refund. Participants who are not permitted to join the retreat due to health reasons only (eg positive COVID diagnosis less than 5 days prior to retreat, have fever/cold or flu symptoms) can choose one of the following cancellation options: Receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit if they find someone to fill their spot at the retreat; or Receive a credit less the non-refundable deposit for the next retreat to the value of 75% of their retreat balance payment. Refunds will be paid within one week of the retreat end date.
