MeTreat Retreats are excited to be offering a BRAND NEW SERVICE in 2020, in addition to offering its weekend and day retreats, and mini retreat evenings.


MeTreat Founder, Vikki Friedman will be offering a new 1:1 Self-Care Scheduling Service.


Vikki is aware of how challenging it can be for busy, stressed out and overwhelmed women to actually schedule in self-care for themselves - often finding themselves bottom of everyone's priority lists and suffering poor mental and physical health a result. 


Vikki is offering a 1-hour 1:1 session, where she would meet with you to find out more about your lifestyle, budget and current self-care practices and routines.


She would discuss how you can incorporate more self-care into your life on a regular basis. This can involve you trying out some simple and cheap self-care ideas and Vikki can advise you on how to implement these into your life on a regular basis.


The session would also incorporate some PSYCH-K® balances into the session. The PSYCH-K® balances Vikki would be offering would be around reducing any blocks you may have to incorporating 'me time' and self-care into your life on a regular basis.


Following the session, Vikki will send you a self-care plan for the following month and will follow up to see how you are going with introducing more 'me time' and self-care into your life.


Cost for the 1 hour session is $90.
