This August, MeTreat Retreats invites you to lay the heavy lifting down.

For three nights and four days, there are no decisions to make, no fires to put out, and no one else to care for.

Come and be pampered, nurtured, and supported by a group of women who truly "get it".

We've designed these four days to be the ultimate exhale.

We provide the beautiful surroundings, the nourishing food, the inspiring wellness activities and the soul-warming friendships.

What's included

Charming Accommodation

Enjoy a tranquil 3-night stay at the historic Continental House in Hepburn, a recently upgraded1920s gem nestled in Victoria's Spa Country. The "Conti" combines vintage elegance with modern comforts, set in a serene natural retreat. Relax in plush beds, pamper yourself with deluxe aromatherapy toiletries, and rejuvenate in the sun-soaked yoga room, authentic Turkish Hammam, or one of the three spa rooms dedicated to soothing massages.

Get-To-Know You Grazing Platter & Wine

Relax into your retreat weekend by enjoying some delicacies from our beautifully prepared grazing platter, with a glass (or two!) of wine. This is a great first opportunity for everyone to get to know each other at the start of the wonderful weekend of wellness, friendship and fun that we'll be sharing together.

Gourmet Food & Wine

All guests will savour the freshly prepared, healthy and gourmet catering made with love by our amazing retreat caterer. Organic herbal teas and coffee, and a range of wines will be available too! Menu adjustments can be made for participants with specific dietary requirements. We even pop out to grab you a freshly made hot drink from a local cafe each morning!

Magical Goddess Circles

Set your intentions for your time at the retreat at our heartfelt and intimate Opening Circle. On our final day we’ll join together one last time at our Closing Circle to show gratitude for the transformative journey we have shared together.

Daily Yoga and Meditation with Tanya

Every day will start with a beautiful Yoga Session led by Tanya catering for varying levels of yoga experience, followed by a restorative group meditation session.

Stunning Nature Walks

Every morning after a tasty breakfast, we’ll be heading off on a gentle scenic walk boasting wildlife, blooming flowers, and melodious birds all around us.

Giggles & Games Session with Vikki

Enjoy the fun and powerful mental and physical health benefits of laughter with Vikki and the other retreat guests. We'll dive into some hilarious intentional laughter wellness exercises and share some uplifting giggles and guffaws together, before playing some light-hearted games to help us tap into our often forgotten playful sides.

Your Energy Blueprint Workshops with Tanya

In these two powerful and thought-provoking workshops we'll decode our energy so we can stop pushing through burnout and start working better with ourselves. Tanya will teach us how to build our self-regulation capacity by understanding the hidden internal and external pressures shaping our energy, focus and resilience.

The Journey Within Guided Visualisation Activity with Tanya

Take part in a Native American drum journey where the drumbeat will guide you into deep relaxation, clear mental clutter and awaken your inner wisdom. This ancient practice will help you reconnect with your spirit, release stress and gain profound clarity as you move forward in life.

Candle Decoration Workshop with Vikki

Join this relaxing, grounding, mindful and creative session, where we'll decorate a candle with beautiful pressed flowers. You'll create a beautiful candle which you can light as part of your regular self-care practice when you leave the retreat.

All guests will be presented with our amazing MeTreat Gift Bag which is jammed packed full of goodies which you can enjoy both during your time on retreat and when you go home!

Enjoy Your Lighter Side

We offer you lots of opportunities to laugh and giggle with the other ladies on the retreat. We'll be running some amusing group activities to help you tap into your 'inner child' and enjoy playing again! All activities on the retreat are optional.

Optional Extras

Enhance your retreat stay by booking in for an additional wellness experience at Conti's beautiful on-site Spa.

The Spa works with a dedicated team of local therapists and uses only natural or in-house crafted treatments.

We highly recommend the bubbly 'Group Turkish Hammam Experience' (minimum 4 people) or a 1 hour Therapeutic Massage/Facial.

We'll send you the Spa Menu and pricing when you book in for your retreat and will schedule your experience at a time that works in with our Retreat Schedule.

Turkish Hammam Group Spa Experience

Relaxing in Conti's on-site heated marble steam room, surrounded by aromatherapy infused steam bliss, our “Tallak” Steam Therapist will guide us through the ancient ritual of gentle body exfoliation with soft mud soap bubbles delicately washing over our skin. A soothing steam massage and clay face mask ensures your total relaxation.

1 Hour Massage/Facial

1 hour onsite Therapeutic Relaxation Massage/Facial provided by Conti's highly experienced massage therapists. Prepare to fully relax and rejuvenate in Conti's warm and inviting Turkish inspired massage rooms.

The Conti offers a peaceful, hidden away environment surrounded by nature where you can chill out and truly relax. The dedicated yoga space, massage rooms and Turkish Hammam steam room all add to the nurturing and wellbeing experience.
