As summer turns to autumn, this is the perfect time to pause, reflect and release what no longer serves you.

Just as the trees let go of their leaves, we too are invited to let go of what needs to be released, creating space for rest, reflection and renewal.

The Ripple Effect Retreat is designed to help you step away from the daily demands of your hectic life and take time to reconnect with yourself and others.

Through movement, meditation, creative activities, inspiring workshops and seasonal rituals, we’ll create space for rest, clarity and rejuvenation.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to let go, laugh and have fun with the amazing group of women you’ll be sharing this special time with.

This retreat is more than a pause - it’s a turning point. The shifts you make will ripple positivity outwards into every aspect of your life when you return home.

Charming Accommodation

Enjoy a tranquil 3-night stay at Amarant - an architectural treasure perched on Mt Ben Cairn, amidst 25 acres of pristine rainforest in the heart of the Yarra Valley. Built to feel like a treehouse, it takes advantage of the panoramic views down the valley, whilst being at one with nature. Relax in the comfort and privacy of the house, and enjoy the secluded forest, many walking paths, gardens and abundant wildlife outside.

Get-To-Know-You Grazing Platter & Wine

Relax into your retreat weekend by enjoying some delicacies from our beautifully prepared grazing platter with a glass (or two!) of wine. This a great first opportunity for everyone to get to know each other at the start of our wonderful weekend of wellness, friendship and fun that we will be sharing together.

Gourmet Food & Wine

All attendees will be provided with freshly prepared healthy and gourmet catering made with love by our retreat caterer. Teas and coffee, and a range of wines will be available too! Menu adjustments can be made for participants with specific dietary requirements.

Magical Opening & Closing Goddess Circles

Set your intentions for your time at the retreat at our heartfelt and grounding Opening Circle. On our final day we’ll join together one last time at our Closing Circle to show gratitude for the transformative journey we have shared together.

Daily Yoga and Meditation with Tanya

Every day will start with a restorative Yoga Session led by Tanya catering for varying levels of yoga experience, followed by a relaxing group meditation session.

Stunning Nature Walks

Every morning after a tasty breakfast, we’ll be heading off on a gentle scenic walk boasting wildlife, blooming flowers, and melodious birds all around us.

Pampering

Experience deep relaxation with a 60-minute full-body massage, complemented by the healthing warmth of hot stone placement. Special focus will be given to the feet, head and neck to ease tension, improve circulation and restore overall balance.

The Law of Cause & Effect Workshop with Tanya

In this thought-provoking workshop, we'll consider how every cause has an effect, and how every effect has a cause. Tanya will teach us how everything we experience results from something that came before it - an action, thought, emotion or energy. This means that every action or choice we make now, sets a chain of events in motion.

Giggles & Games with Vikki

Enjoy the fun and powerful mental and physical health benefits of laughter with Vikki and the other retreat guests. We'll dive into some hilarious intentional laughter wellness exercises and share some uplifting giggles and guffaws together. We'll also play some light-hearted games to help us tap into our often-forgotten playful sides.

Understanding & Establishing Boundaries Workshop with Tanya

In this meaningful workshop, we will discover how boundaries are essential for protecting our energy and maintaining balance in our relationships and daily lives. Tanya will teach us how to define and honour our boundaries, which protects our wellbeing and creates healthier, more balanced connections with others.

Candle Decoration Workshop with Vikki

Enjoy this relaxing, grounding, mindful and creative session where we will decorate a candle with beautiful pressed flowers. You'll leave with a gorgeous candle which you can light as part of your regular self-care practice when you leave the retreat.

The Journey Within Guided Visualisation Activity with Tanya

Experience a Native American drum journey where the drumbeat will guide you into a deep relaxation, clear mental clutter and awaken your inner wisdom. This ancient practice will help you reconnect with your spirit, release stress and gain profoud clairyt as you move forward in life.

Enjoy Your Lighter Side

We offer you lots of opportunities to laugh and giggle with the other ladies on the retreat. We'll be running some amusing group activities to help you tap into your 'inner child' and enjoy playing again! All activities on the retreat are optional.

Amarant is an architectural retreat in Australia's Yarra Valley, offering luxury accommodation within a beautiful rainforest setting on Mount Ben Cairn. Designed by Modernist architect Kevin Borland, it features extensive glazing, soaring vaulted ceilings, and iconic conversation pits with wood fireplaces, all harmoniously integrated into the surrounding nature. The property provides private spaces, communal areas for activities like yoga and meditation, and a deep connection to the environment through walking paths, gardens, and abundant wildlife.
