Escape the hustle and bustle and treat yourself to a weekend dedicated to relaxation and renewal. Your weekend will include: * Opening & Closing Circles with Tanya & Vikki * 2 x Morning Yoga and 1 x Afternoon Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Tanya * 2 x Meditation Sessions with Tanya * 2 x Nature Walks with Tanya & Vikki * Stress Transformation Workshop with Tanya * Energy Management Workshop with Tanya * Laughter Wellness Workshop with Vikki * Drum Journey Experience with Tanya * Delicious meals prepared by our retreat caterer - Friday night dinner, Saturday morning tea, lunch and dinner, Sunday morning tea and lunch * Wine with dinner * Urban Weekend Day Retreat gift bag To secure your spot, please pay the $300 non-refundable deposit. We will email you a retreat balance payment invoice which will be due by Friday 11 October 2024. TERMS & CONDITIONS Full payment of the retreat deposit and retreat balance payment must be made by the due date(s) to secure your spot at the retreat. Organiser Cancellation ​ If the retreat does not go ahead due to insufficient numbers, all monies will be refunded to non-cancelling participants (including the retreat deposit). If the retreat cannot go ahead due to COVID-19 restrictions, extreme weather conditions, retreat venue financial insolvency or retreat venue internal operation issues, all monies (including the retreat deposit) will be refunded to participants. Participant Cancellation The $300 deposit is non-refundable. Participants who cancel their booking prior to 4 October 2024 will be eligible to receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit. Participants who cancel their booking after 4 Octobere 2024 are not eligible for any refund. Participants who are not permitted to join the retreat due to health reasons only (eg positive COVID diagnosis less than 5 days prior to retreat, have fever/cold or flu symptoms) can choose one of the following cancellation options: Receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit if they find someone to fill their spot at the retreat; or Receive a credit less the non-refundable deposit for the next retreat to the value of 75% of their retreat balance payment. Refunds will be paid within one week of the retreat end date.
